Mining - Limestone

In 2015, we supported our client acquired limestone mine to supply high quality limestone for steelmaking, with the quantity of more than 4 million cubic meter.

The essential content of limestone for steelmaking, is Calcium oxide (CaO). The minimum requirement of CaO content by Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation (FHS) is 52.5%. The CaO % of limestone mine that we acquired for our client is 55.10 %, which is beyond the requirement that set by FHS.
